Avonlea is available to let all year round with changeover day being on a Friday. Short breaks will be considered out of peak season.

There is one double en-suite bedroom, one twin bedded room & one single with an extra pull out guest bed. The family bathroom has a spa bath with shower over.

 

 

The kitchen & utility room are well equipped with rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven & washer dryer.

 

The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and chairs and has a wall mounted LCD TV and a stereo system.
